In November ,the weaving factory ,under the leadership of Company,organize all workers to participate in operation contest activities.All workers are enthusiastic . rushed courageously.Players from all workshops,such as fabric inspectors ,maintenance workers and so on .
    Through this activities, all workers make experience summary with their work.In the course of the game, they also organize new workers on-site observation, study and master craftsman who's inspecting, repair and good experience.In the contest of heald Workshop, record the brilliant scene moments by camera and make a slide show ,so that new workers learn in future.In weaving factory,as dobby machine is a new model ,perhaps we can change the standard of this model by workers’ good performance
    It is worth to mention that all prizes are on-site release, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers, more importantly,it is an opportunity for all workers to learn each other and improve operation skills and competitiveness.
