After several days waiting and preparing, our company fetched in second batch automatic drawing machines on Mar.11, 2011. We start to installate at 11:00 a.m. and finished at night. Under the leading of Zhou Sen and with the assistance of Wu Haizhou and their team, two points cutter and 1 set drawing machine started working at 1:00 a.m. on Mar.12. Till Mar.14, the machine finished 90,000 drawing. From carrying the device to factory, finishing the installation and then drawing, and finishing 90,000 drawing, it just took 4 days. It will not happen without the correct guidance. It also shows the actual achievement of “ layered self-management”.
